Majored in music composition, Edward Wong obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Hon.) degree in Music from the Hong Kong Baptist University. He learnt violin with Mr. Sit Kwok Wang and Dr. Kitty Cheung Man Yui. He has obtained the Trinity LTCL diploma in violin performance and participated in violin masterclass by Julia Bushkova.

Edward actively participates in various musicals and ensemble performances, such as Collegium Musicum Hong Kong, HKBU Symphony Orchestra, "Disney in Concert" series with HKSW Symphony Orchestra, HKGNA Music Festival 2022, "Simple Gifts of Joy" concert at Tai Kwun with NOĒMA, "La bohème" by Opera HK, etc.

Dedicating himself to music education, Edward started his career since 2013. He is currently the violin tutor, western orchestra conductor, a cappella coach and music theory tutor in secondary school, as well as private violin tutor, leading students to various public performances and competitions. By explaining music theory and historical background, students are allowed to acquire musical techniques and characteristics. Furthermore they can understand the pleasure and meaning of pursuing goals through the process of practicing.

In the aspect of music composition, Edward began to learn music composition in University with Dr. Christopher Coleman, Prof. Christopher Keyes, Dr. David Francis Urrows and Dr, Matthew Schreibeis. He also completed the theme song for the 40th anniversary of his alma mater, and the commissioned piece for HKBU “Traveling through Time and Cultures'' online concert series.

黃溢禧畢業於香港浸會大學音樂系（主修作曲），先後師承薛國宏及張文蕊學習小提琴，並考獲英國倫敦聖三一音樂學院小提琴演奏專業文憑（LTCL）。黃溢禧擁有豐富演出經驗，曾參與不同範疇的音樂演出項目，包括香港巴羅克室樂團、香港浸會大學交響樂團、香港交響管樂團、香港新世代藝術協會音樂節2022、NOĒMA、香港歌劇院樂團等。

黃溢禧熱衷於音樂教學，自2013起開始音樂教學工作。他現於中學任職小提琴班導師、西樂團指揮、無伴奏合唱團導師及樂理導師，亦擔任私人小提琴導師，帶領同學表演及於公開比賽中獲獎。讓學生透過樂理知識和歷史背景，學習音樂技巧及了解不同樂曲的獨特性，並教導學生於練習過程中領悟追求理想的樂趣和意義。

音樂創作方面，在學期間跟隨高爾文博士、祈道緯博士、Dr. David Francis Urrows 及 Dr. Matthew Schreibeis 學習作曲。他曾於中學時期為母校創作校慶音樂劇主題曲，及在2020年受香港浸會大學委託創作樂曲並於 “Traveling through Time and Cultures” 網上音樂會演出。
